At Turin Childcare, we only put forward Candidates whose working history has been thoroughly vetted.

As part of our recruitment procedure, it is mandatory for our Permanent and Temporary staff to have an interview to assess their personality, experience and communication skills. If requested, the agency on behalf of the Client, can also ask specific questions to the Candidate before their curriculum vitae is forwarded, so as to determine their suitability for your company.

Mentoring / Support

To ensure the best end result for Candidates being put forward to the Client, we provide details of courses to our Candidates which they can attend to refresh and update their skills. Once a Candidate has been placed with the Client, we make sure that both the Client and Candidate are satisfied with their new working relationship. Our main goal is for Temporary Staff to have First Aid training if they currently do not hold a First Aid Certificate.

Registration Requirements

To ensure a high standard of service, we have thorough vetting procedures for Contract and Temporary staff.

Our vetting procedures include:

Qualifications certificat
Identity checks (Photo ID)
2/3 References to verify work history
CRB Checks
National Insurance registration
Proof of Address
Work Permit (If applicable)

All Candidates go through Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau checks. All Candidates who are sent out for Temporary work undertake an Induction session which includes policies, procedures and good practice.
