Our Nannies are matched with families to ensure they suit requirements regarding qualifications and experience. To review our Nannies, CV’s will be forwarded to you with references attached, so that you can see the feedback from other employers. We only introduce Childcare professionals who have successfully passed all our vetting procedures.
We don’t waste time by passing on CV’s which do not fit your specification. We only forward CV’s which are an exact match of what you are looking for. In order to do this, our Recruitment Consultants will ask you questions regarding the roles and responsibilities you will need a Candidate to undertake and what kind of person you are looking for. If requested, the agency on your behalf, can also ask specific questions to the Candidate before their curriculum vitae is forwarded.
When you book Temporary staff, we provide a profile which includes details of their CRB disclosure, qualifications and experience. It is also compulsory for all Temporary Staff to carry a badge with them when going to assignments, to confirm their identity on behalf of the agency.
We have been successful in matching our Clients and Candidates by listening and acting upon the requests we receive. We also provide Bi-Lingual Child-carers for those whose families have more than one language in their household or for those who travel.

Registration Requirements
To ensure a high standard of service, we have thorough vetting procedures.
Our vetting procedures include:
- Qualifications certificate
- Identity checks (Photo ID)
- 2/3 References to verify work history
- CRB Checks
- National Insurance registration
- Proof of Address
- Work Permit (If applicable)
All Candidates go through Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau checks. All Candidates who are sent out for Temporary work undertake an Induction session which includes policies, procedures and good practice.
